Anne has held a variety of positions in various industries. Over the last 16 years, in her role in the association space, she has overseen educational activities in several different industries, primarily within trades and healthcare (her favorite was the helicopter industry).

Currently, she is the Vice President of Education for the Healthcare Distribution Alliance.

She is fired up by connections… connections of all types. When she talks about people or projects, she sees connections. Her combination of strengths is what drives her desire to connect the right people to each other and to the right projects. She leads with confidence in her instincts in terms of the best opportunities for individuals to truly shine in their own talents, for themselves and for the greater good. Meet Giang Nguyen: Being a first-gen immigrant who grew up in poverty, led Giang to have a lifelong dedication to advocacy and community service. From an early age she volunteered in homeless shelters, advocated for the Asian Pacific Islander community, and participated in charity donation drives.

Giang continues to advocate for people suffering disparate outcomes. Some of her work includes raising money for Ukrainian refugees, advocacy for disabled students, and providing tutoring service in English and Vietnamese. She served as Student’s Body Secretary, where she raised concerns in equitable post-secondary educational success and assistance for homeless students.

Dana Claire Simpson, a native of Gig Harbor, Washington, first caught the eyes of devoted comics readers with the internet strip Ozy and Millie. After winning the 2009 Comic Strip Superstar contest, she developed the strip Phoebe and Her Unicorn (originally known as Heavenly Nostrils), which is now syndicated in newspapers worldwide.

Tacoma based singer-songwriter, Dave Hannon, was born with music in his blood. As the son of a professional touring piano player, Dave began learning piano at the age of 6 and was writing his own songs by the age of 10.  On his 13th birthday, he learned his first 3 chords on guitar and never looked back.  

While attending Gonzaga University, Dave honed his skills as a singer-songwriter, performing throughout the Spokane area. He released his debut solo EP “Better for the Long While” in 2008 and his second solo EP “Bridge” in 2009. Later in 2009, Dave formed the band Automatic Theory, who toured extensively in the western United States for 3 years, shot two music videos, and released the EP, “Two Sides” in April, 2012. These experiences have allowed Dave to perform, both with the band and as a solo artist, in 25 of the lower 48 states.  

Dave’s shows can be described as a mix of heartfelt originals, classic covers and guilty pleasure sing-alongs. Now a full-time 8th grade teacher, Dave remains active with his music and continues to play throughout Washington State, averaging approximately 100 live performances per year.

It’s Deb’s mountain and it’s hard to imagine living life outside its awe-inspiring shadow⎯ without the backpacking, skiing, and outdoor life they enjoy in Washington state. Her birth in software engineering took her away from Mount Rainier in exchange for the exotic lands of China and the Philippines.

In Singapore, Deb and her husband celebrated their 25th anniversary dining on Brazilian churrascaria.  Her adventures abroad have uniquely prepared Deb to work with people from diverse cultures. But the awkwardness, even here at home, is very real!  Good communication is essential. It’s important to understand that not everyone is inside her head with her! People don’t come with a help-manual. Unlike the world of software, there is no “help-desk” support.

Twenty years after it all began, she’s letting life lead her to places unknown. Deb traded the anti-social world of software design for the people-oriented world of real estate. Shelley Brown is a mindfulness educator and speaker best known as the creator of Weird Girl, a series of humorous essays written about real-life experiences.

Born and raised in Chicago, she graduated from DePaul University and served over 25 years in corporate America, practicing the fine art of mergers, acquisitions, downsizings, public-private transitions, acts of  God, performance reviews, KPIs, workplace cultures, and more.

In 2014, Brown faced her greatest challenge when she suffered a serious spinal injury. After a lifetime of fitness that included 25 marathons,  six ultra-marathons, and countless half-marathons, she found herself living with impaired mobility and chronic pain.

The incapacitating injury coupled with shifting circumstances at work took a toll and began to hold Brown captive in a persistent state of anxiety. With marathons and global meetings now in her rearview mirror,  Brown studied the dynamics between psychology and stress and trained her mind to embrace the art of mindfulness to help find balance and restore meaning to her world.

Now living life with gratitude and joy, Brown provides corporate America with customized mindfulness workshops and retreats aimed at effective goal setting, planning, and productivity.

In high school he was a 4x state champion as well as a Jr Olympic Champion. Before going to college he competed in the World Jr Championships which was the first time he put the USA on his chest. He came back with 2 Gold Medals. A specialist in the 400m, he attended the University of Oregon, where he was a 10 time All American, 4 time PAC 12 Champion and 4 time NCAA Champion.
