We meet weekly for group coaching (approx. 60 mins), host quarterly in-person development days, and offer an annual retreat. One-on-ones are scheduled around your needs. You’ll get consistent touchpoints with built-in flexibility. Most members say the experience enhances their productivity instead of adding more “to-dos.”
Nope! While some events are in-person (especially the retreat, quarterly activation days, and happy hours), the core of the experience is hybrid-friendly. Remote members are welcome and accommodated wherever possible.
