We start with a conversation about your event, your goals, and the overall experience you want to create for your guests. From there, I collaborate with your team to understand the flow of the event, key moments, and how I can support your program.

On event day, my role is to help guide the room, maintain energy, and keep your audience engaged while staying flexible to what unfolds in real time. I’m experienced in adjusting on the fly, responding to the room, and adapting to changes so your event continues to run smoothly without missing a beat.

Yes. I collaborate closely with your team, planner, or committee to understand the flow of the event, key moments, and how I can best support the overall experience.

What types of events do you typically work?

I work with nonprofit fundraisers, gala events, benefit auctions, community events, and corporate charity events where audience engagement and fundraising are key priorities.

What is your starting rate?

Rates vary depending on the scope, location, and length of the event. Most fundraising auction and emcee services start at a base rate and are customized based on your specific needs.

Do you help with both the auction and the overall event hosting?

Yes. I can serve as both auctioneer and event emcee, helping manage transitions, maintain energy, and guide the audience throughout the full program.

Do you travel outside of Tacoma?

Yes. I am based in Tacoma, WA and serve events throughout Pierce, King, Kitsap, and Thurston counties. Travel outside of those areas is available depending on the event.

How far in advance should we book?

It is best to book as early as possible, especially for peak fundraising seasons and popular event dates. Many organizations secure their auctioneer several months in advance.

Can you adapt if the event schedule changes last minute?

Yes. Live events often require flexibility. I am experienced in adjusting on the fly, adapting to timing changes, and keeping the program running smoothly even when adjustments are needed.
